THE Premier East Anglian Classic Car Event

Welcome to the 4th running of the successful South Suffolk Classic Run jointly organised by the Eastern Counties and the West Suffolk Motor Clubs.

As well as providing an enjoyable event for entrants the event has also donated in excess of £3000 to the Anglian Air Ambulance. Once again this year a substantial donation will be made to this worthy charity.

2012 will be sponsored again by Kerridges of Needham Market, Kerridges

Raising funds for the East Anglian Air Ambulance.

Event Info

This years event will start from the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds. From here the route will tour Suffolk with a small detour into Cambridgeshire visiting Denny Abbey. Following this we will visit Lanwades House and Park near Newmarket before finishing at Ampton to coincide with the South Suffolk Show.

The Entry Fee includes:
Detailed Roadbook, Rally Plate, Entry for you and your passengers to all the attractions including the South Suffolk Show AND a donation to the East Anglian Air Ambulance

Another fantastic South Suffolk Classic Run with a record entry of 63 cars and more historics on display on the WSMC stand at the South Suffolk Show. A trip back in time to the birth of Motor Racing in Suffolk at Fersfield was brought to life with the addition of an ex Archie Scott Brown MG on display at Ampton. The Broads Explorer Classic Scatter

A mildly competitive event, similar to a Treasure Hunt, but allowing you to choose where you wish to go and which route to use. The places visited will include some of the highlights of the beautiful Suffolk Broads. The start and finish will be at visitor attractions with full facilities and the route will comprise about fifty miles of quiet lanes in the lovely north Suffolk.
